Optional Services:
Online Agency Ticket Monitoring (ROAM) - $50-$200 per month depending on number of times per day that ticket queues are checked plus $3 for each record checked and $12 for each ticket issued.


Expedited and VIP Desk Services

GDS Linkage fees additional, if necessary

(A) A Branch Location is defined as a travel agency operation with a pseudo city code different from that of the main location.
(B) Calls resulting in multiple PNR’s will be charged for each record locator.
(C) International Fare Surcharges – International fare surcharges apply to all itineraries involving international destinations/planning of travel, but not to general flight information or reconfirmations.
(D) Referral Calls – during agency business hours, unless otherwise instructed, calls are re-routed back to the agecy.
(E) Tickets = E-Tickets, Ticket-Less Tickets, Paper-Tickets.
