CCRA Travel Solutions Call Center Services' travel agent candidates must participate in instructional reservation training in a fast-paced call center environment. Agent candidates will complete our online training program that includes learning how to book new reservations as well as change existing domestic air, car and hotel reservations in four (4) airline GDS systems.

Requirements for Every CCRA Travel Solutions Call Center Services' Agent:

CCRA Satisfactorily complete the Company’s accelerated instructional reservation training
CCRA Be available for flexible scheduling
CCRA Possess a minimum of 2-3 years travel agent experience
CCRA Be PC proficient demonstrating a thorough understanding of airlines fare rules
CCRA Provide consistently professional quality customer service at all times
CCRA Assist callers with travel needs while adhering to supplier and Reservation Center policies and procedures
CCRA Successfully demonstrate proficiency in at least two GDS' and a willingness to learn the other two,
or be expert in one
CCRA Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Company call management policies and procedures
CCRA Demonstrate an ability to handle our standard of five calls per hour
