Reservation Center travel agent candidates must participate in instructional reservation training in a fast-paced call center environment. Agent candidates will complete our on-site training program that includes learning how to book new reservations as well as change existing domestic air, car and hotel reservations in four (4) airline GDS systems.

Satisfactorily complete the Company’s accelerated instructional reservation training |

Be available for flexible scheduling |

Possess a minimum of 2-3 years travel agent experience. |
 |
Be PC proficient demonstrating a thorough understanding of airlines fare rules. |

Provide consistently professional quality customer service at all times. |
 |
Assist callers with travel needs while adhering to supplier and Reservation Center policies and procedures. |
 |
Successfully demonstrate proficiency in the four airline GDS's post training. |
 |
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Company call management policies and procedures. |

Demonstrate an ability to handle our standard of five calls per hour. |
