Become a Reservation Center Agent

Reservation Center travel agent candidates must participate in instructional reservation training in a fast-paced call center environment. Agent candidates will complete our on-site training program that includes learning how to book new reservations as well as change existing domestic air, car and hotel reservations in four (4) airline GDS systems.

Requirements for Every Reservation Center Agent:

Star Satisfactorily complete the Company’s accelerated instructional reservation training
Star Be available for flexible scheduling
Star Possess a minimum of 2-3 years travel agent experience.
Star Be PC proficient demonstrating a thorough understanding of airlines fare rules.
Star Provide consistently professional quality customer service at all times.
Star Assist callers with travel needs while adhering to supplier and Reservation Center policies and procedures.
Star Successfully demonstrate proficiency in the four airline GDS's post training.
Star Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Company call management policies and procedures.
Star
Demonstrate an ability to handle our standard of five calls per hour.
